The Center for Online and Blended Learning at BGSU, has developed a web-based Electronic Performance Support System, which contains blackboard video tutorials they created to help teachers setup, manage, and facilitate their courses more effectively. The system provides "just-in-time-training" so users can get the training they need, when they need it, simply by searching for it via the Search Engine, Categories, Tag Cloud, or RSS Feed.
