Free Web 2.0 Virtual Office Tools - now everyone can contribute

I would like to bring the following very free web 2.0 virtual office tools to your attention and maybe enable you to enhance your group work experiences and productivity. I have used these tools in various capacities and find them to be fairly intuitive and quite effective once people get used to using online office tools. It's nice because you can store your documents online and allow your group of people to contribute to them from anywhere in the world. I am currently using the Google Docs & Spreadsheets online app to work on brainstorming grant proposal ideas with a colleague located in a different city. I recommend giving these tools a test drive and evaluate how you might use them in your own work. My comments are in pink below.
